Overview

We are looking for a driven Account Manager to be a key member of the Business Leadership team in support of a leading CPG brand in the food industry.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day operations of key retailer partnerships.
  • Execute omnichannel initiatives for impactful customer journeys.
  • Uncover consumer shopping behaviors and understand media landscapes.
  • Independently manage end-to-end project execution.
  • Serve as a liaison for client requests and lead cross-functional efforts.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Review creative and copy against project objectives.
  • Participate in client meetings and lead status calls.
  • Utilize agency tools for seamless execution.
  • Establish strong relationships with agency teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years in the marketing field, preferably in commerce or CPG.
  • 2+ years agency experience or working with agency partners.
  • Positive leadership skills with a team-first mentality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with retail media platforms is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with confidence in business.
  • Proven success in managing projects and client-facing roles.
  • History of building effective working relationships.
  • Knowledge of financial aspects like billing and invoicing.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
