Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with account management.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on results.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft suites.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
  • Experience with PSA tools is a plus.
