Overview

As an Account Executive, you will have a direct impact on our revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle and acquiring new customers. You will help expand our service and new logo ARR and work closely with our Customer Success Team to unlock further growth potential.

In Short

  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., phone, email, LinkedIn, inbound, events)
  • Conduct personalized demos for technical decision-makers
  • Utilize sales frameworks like MEDDIC or MEDDPICC for successful deal closure
  • Create and negotiate offers, guiding customers from pilot projects to go-live
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure customer success and identify upselling opportunities
  • Share insights and strategies within the sales team
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales with deals over €50,000 and sales cycles of 6-12 months
  • Ability to engage IT stakeholders like engineers, architects, and IT managers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Advanced knowledge in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sale
  • Solid sales experience in the DACH market with a good understanding of its dynamics and buyer personas
  • Genuine interest in people and commitment to respectful interactions
