Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you leverage AI to initiate first contacts with potential customers, making a key contribution to our growth.

In Short

  • Develop messaging, conduct A/B testing, and set up campaigns to generate new leads
  • Identify and approach potential customers (outbound and inbound) at scale
  • Cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads and conduct initial needs assessment in conversations with IT decision-makers and platform engineers
  • Schedule and coordinate initial meetings for our Account Executive team
  • Automate research of companies, target audiences, and contact persons in our target markets
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, Relay, and other channels for outreach
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop aligned go-to-market campaigns

Requirements

  • You already have initial experience in SaaS B2B sales – e.g., as a BDR, SDR, or in a comparable role
  • You enjoy actively reaching out to people and can engage potential customers with your communicative skills – in both German and English
  • You work in a structured, independent way and maintain an overview even when managing multiple leads
  • You have a basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and SaaS solutions
  • You have experience in using AI tools
