Overview

The Customer Success Manager at ICUC will be responsible for delivering best-in-class account management to ensure clients achieve their goals by implementing ICUC products and services.

In Short

  • Manage major brands and Fortune 1000 companies as primary client contact.
  • Grow the value and long-term value of assigned accounts.
  • Deliver regular client reviews and presentations.
  • Advise clients on social media strategy.
  • Support the setup and implementation of social media projects.
  • Keep Salesforce records up to date.
  • Work in partnership with other client agencies.
  • Contribute to new business pitches.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction through NPS surveys.
  • Stay within retention and cost efficiency targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Proficient in managing organic social media.
  • Experience with platforms like Sprinklr, Khoros, and Sprout.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Background in Social, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
