An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a specialist B2B sales team, working with leading technology and software companies across the UK, Europe, and North America.

  • Driving New Business – Identify fresh opportunities, engage prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and secure qualified appointments.
  • Nurturing Relationships – Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
  • Staying Organized – Keep Salesforce and other sales tools updated with prospect data, outreach activity, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating & Innovating – Work with enterprise and inside sales teams to refine lead qualification processes.
  • Hitting Targets – Meet or exceed monthly quotas to ensure a strong pipeline for client growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in Automotive Sales – Previous success in selling to the automotive industry.
  • SaaS/Tech Know-How – Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • High-Volume Outreach Skills – Comfortable making multiple calls and emails daily while maintaining energy and positivity.
  • Competitive Drive – Ambitious, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.
  • CRM Proficiency – Familiar with Salesforce or similar platforms and sales engagement tools.
  • Great Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Organized & Efficient – Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a structured pipeline.
  • No Degree Required – What matters most is your drive and experience.
