Meritt is excited to present an opportunity for a French-Speaking Business Development Executive to drive new business in a fast-paced, B2B tech sales environment. This short-term, 4-month contract offers an immediate start and the chance to immerse yourself in outbound prospecting, relationship building, and lead qualification within the French market.

In Short

  • Identifying & Engaging New Prospects – Generate high-quality leads and book qualified appointments.
  • Selling to the French Market – Use your fluency in French to engage and convert potential clients.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach – Connect with decision-makers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • CRM Management – Keep Salesforce updated with prospect details, progress, and market feedback.
  • Collaborating with Sales Teams – Work alongside enterprise and inside sales professionals to refine outreach tactics and hand off leads.
  • Meeting & Exceeding Targets – Consistently achieve monthly lead generation goals to contribute to overall pipeline success.

Requirements

  • Fluent French (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Direct experience in selling lubricant oils or related automotive fluids.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills – A resilient, driven approach to sales.
  • Cold-calling & LinkedIn lead-gen experience.
  • Comfort using CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A passion for new business and the ability to build strong client relationships.
