The Director of Acquisition and Growth is responsible for building and scaling Mercy Corps’ mass market donor acquisition program across all channels, with a focus on digital acquisition and performance-driven marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Experience managing large budgets and performance reporting.
• Ability to operate cross-functionally.
• Prior people management experience.
