Overview

The key function of this role centers upon enabling wealth management to be cross-served to existing clients of firms that we acquire and integrate into Earned Wealth, most often accounting and tax firms. This role is incredibly important as it adds significant value to these acquired firms and helps achieve business goals.

In Short

  • Work closely with Growth and M&A to translate investment thesis into specific cross-serve goals.
  • Enable coaching and training of newly acquired teammates.
  • Refine and deploy a world-class playbook for cross-serving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on execution of playbook steps.
  • Implement sales strategies integrated into supporting technology.
  • Lead business requirements development for enabling processes.
  • Proactively surface opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
  • Design scalable analytics to engage clients in Earned offerings.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and CRM integration efforts.
  • Deliver critical metrics for overall value creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field; MBA optional.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services or healthcare.
  • Experience in growth strategy and supporting revenue teams.
  • Track record of leading successful strategic initiatives.
  • Proficient in data and analysis for decision-making.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Looker, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong leadership capability.
  • Top-tier management consulting/banking experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to twice per month.
