Overview

The Director of User Activation will be responsible for driving user registration, engagement, and activation within employer groups for RethinkCare solutions. This role will leverage data insights and develop targeted engagement strategies to maximize program utilization, enhance employer partnerships, and ensure that users are actively engaged with the RethinkCare platform.

  • Expertise in designing engagement campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Results-oriented and collaborative.
  • Proactive problem-solver.
