Rethink Behavioral Health provides cloud-based treatment tools, training, and clinical support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their caregivers. Our Billing Services Division specializes in Revenue Cycle Management, Enrollment and Credentialing, and Benefit Authorization Management services. In Short

• The E&C (Enrollment & Credentialing) Solutions Manager will play a key role in the continued development and growth of the Enrollment & Credentialing department.
• Work closely with the Implementations Team and the Billing Services Team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Ensure strict HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client-related data.
• Point of contact for all customer communications, including email responses and provider meetings.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Rethink’s Enrollment & Credentialing services.
• Serve as the Enrollment & Credentialing subject matter expert resource internally and externally.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve the quality of Enrollment & Credentialing services.
• Develop and perform routine quality assurance audits.
• Document and communicate updated payor billing requirements.
• Manage account caseload as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5-year management experience.
• Minimum 3-5-year Insurance Billing/Provider Enrollment & Credentialing experience.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong leadership qualities.
