Our Billing Services Division specializes in Revenue Cycle Management, Enrollment and Credentialing, and Benefit Authorization Management services. In Short

  • The E&C (Enrollment & Credentialing) Solutions Manager will play a key role in the continued development and growth of the Enrollment & Credentialing department.
  • Work closely with the Implementations Team and the Billing Services Team to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Ensure strict HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client-related data.
  • Point of contact for all customer communications, including email responses and provider meetings.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Rethink’s Enrollment & Credentialing services.
  • Serve as the Enrollment & Credentialing subject matter expert resource internally and externally.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the quality of Enrollment & Credentialing services.
  • Develop and perform routine quality assurance audits.
  • Document and communicate updated payor billing requirements.
  • Manage account caseload as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5-year management experience.
  • Minimum 3-5-year Insurance Billing/Provider Enrollment & Credentialing experience.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong leadership qualities.
