Overview

The Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist will be the primary contact for the Enrollment Department, managing credentialing and re-credentialing processes for providers in Privia’s medical group.

In Short

  • Assures compliance with health plan requirements related to provider certification and credentialing.
  • Reviews and streamlines onboarding processes using automation.
  • Works with technical staff to develop tools for auditing and reporting.
  • Oversees special projects related to health plan requirements.
  • Interacts with management and physician office staff to accomplish credentialing.
  • Maintains up-to-date data for each provider in credentialing databases.
  • Ensures timely renewal of licenses and certifications.
  • Coordinates and prepares reports on credentialing statistics.
  • Maintains confidentiality of provider information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in managed care credentialing or medical staff services.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to function independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $45,000.00 - $55,000.00.
  • Eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%.
