Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Financial Analyst supports Rethink's core financial operations through accurate invoicing, accounts receivable management, and detailed financial and revenue analysis.

In Short

• Prepare, review, and issue client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable and track outstanding balances.
• Identify billing errors and conduct data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Maintain documentation of all charges and supporting records.
• Assist with monthly close process and account reconciliations.
• Perform revenue analysis and support annual audits.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel expertise required.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Salesforce preferred.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-3 years of relevant business experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication with senior management.
