Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial / Project / Practice Analyst to support our regional Practice Directors in managing the financial and operational performance of their portfolios.

In Short

• Full-time offshore role focused on financial and operational performance.
• Work closely with Practice Directors, Project Managers, and the Finance team.
• Track project performance and financial health across multiple engagements.
• Reconcile project actuals against Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Support monthly project financial review process with variance analysis.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for project margins and utilization.
• Liaise with Project Managers for accurate project reporting.
• Identify and escalate risks related to project profitability.
• Assist with preparation of financial summaries for leadership.
• Support continuous improvement in project governance.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in financial analysis and project management.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
