In Short

• Own the data inputs and maintenance of complex real estate fund models.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Produce regular analytical reports for fund management.
• Run sensitivity analyses to understand fund performance.
• Collaborate with underwriting and asset management teams.
• Support investor communications with analytical outputs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection processes.
• Maintain organized records of fund-related financial documentation.
• Assist in preparation of investor reports with accurate financial data.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance fund management operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Strong understanding of real estate financing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with financial reporting and data quality control.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
