Senior Associate, Finance - Remote

In Short

• Support financial oversight and reporting across LFM’s portfolio of investment funds.
• Review fund-level financial statements and coordinate with fund managers.
• Ensure financial information is accurately incorporated into fund models.
• Analyze fund-level financial performance and identify variances.
• Coordinate management fee reporting and financial reconciliations.
• Serve as a coordination point between internal teams and external partners.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes for managed funds.
• Provide financial insights for senior leadership decision-making.
• Manage relationships with fund managers and accounting partners.
• Demonstrated interest in community development finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance, fund accounting, or financial reporting.
• Experience with investment funds and familiarity with audited financials.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial models.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate workstreams.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights.
• Familiarity with financial systems in fund management environments preferred.
