We are seeking an ambitious and analytically-driven Senior Associate, Finance to be a strategic partner across our rapidly growing organization. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, delivering data-driven insights, and supporting executive decision-making to fuel EvenUp’s scalable and profitable growth.

This role is ideal for an intellectually curious builder who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to make a tangible impact. You will be expected to balance high-level strategic projects with deep-dive operational analysis.

In Short

• Serve as the finance liaison for EvenUp's Go-To-Market (GTM) functions (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing).
• Collaborate closely with GTM leadership, utilizing strong Excel modeling capabilities.
• Lead in-depth data analysis on customer churn, growth metrics, and sales quota/commission modeling.
• Contribute significantly to the company’s annual budgeting process and long-term planning.
• Prepare and deliver concise executive and board-level reporting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and drive operational efficiencies.
• 2–4 years of experience in a highly analytical field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Intellectually curious and comfortable with ambiguity.

Requirements

• Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, or Strategic Finance/FP&A.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel with a background in building financial models.
• Exceptional data storytelling skills using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting Go-To-Market functions in a SaaS business is a plus.
• Based in the west coast: US-remote or Canada-remote.
