Overview

RethinkEd is on a mission to inspire and empower the education community with innovative solutions addressing challenges like teacher burnout and student mental health. We seek a strategic Product Marketing Manager to develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement assets.

In Short

• Contract, part-time position approximately 20 hours per month.
• Focus on developing product messaging and positioning for K-12 educators.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Create sales collateral and training materials.
• Develop high-impact content for engagement and conversions.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Experience in Product Marketing, preferably in EdTech.
• Strong writing and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and sales enablement tools.
• Passion for supporting K-12 education.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Marketing in K-12 Education or EdTech.
• Strong track record in positioning and sales enablement.
• Familiarity with Mental Health and Special Education topics.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Experience working across teams.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to leverage data for strategy.
• Proficiency in CMS and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Strong project management skills.
