In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, delivering exceptional support and guidance related to their transportation inquiries. Your fluency in Nordic languages will allow you to effectively assist customers and ensure a seamless experience.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions about transportation services, routes, and schedules
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve client issues
  • Provide detailed information on service options and logistics
  • Gather client feedback to aid in service improvement
