• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Develop new strategies for customer acquisition
• Manage projects and budgets for assigned customers
• Collaborate with purchasing on new projects
• Implement customer requirements within the organization
• Work closely with product management to establish new products in the market
• Conduct pricing and contract negotiations with customers
• Create and realize customer strategies and offers
• Conduct customer visits both on-site and at the company
• Act as a liaison for other departments such as Customer Service and Quality

Requirements

• Degree in a commercial field or relevant vocational training
• Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics accessories sector
• Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is advantageous
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel approximately 40%
