Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dental Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. As the Dental Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors.

In Short

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the EMEA market.
  • Identify growth opportunities, set ambitious targets, and track performance metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 2 sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
  • Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects within the dental market.
  • Explore partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures to expand our footprint.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A dental-related background or an MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a sales team and distributors and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and manage distributor agreements.
  • Strong customer orientation and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the dental industry, including products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in identifying new market opportunities and expanding market presence.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and company priorities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
