Overview

The Sales and Project Manager Accessories at GEKA will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and managing projects and budgets for a selected client base in the cosmetics market.

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain contact with key customer representatives.
• Take on project and budget responsibility for your own customer base.
• Develop new strategies for customer acquisition.
• Lead projects and collaborate actively with purchasing.
• Incorporate new customer requirements into the organization.
• Collaborate closely with product management to successfully launch new products in the market.
• Conduct price and contract negotiations with clients and develop customer strategies.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a commercial field or relevant vocational training with further qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the cosmetics accessories sector.
• Solid experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, including customer service, quality, and purchasing.
• Experience in product and project management, as well as managing entire projects.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
