In Short

• Work Set-up: Permanent Work From Home
• Reporting of KPIs (daily) - GoogleSheets (leads and sales report)
• Research - leads, tools, contact records, and building list of leads/customer
• Use AI tools
• Assist in scraping and qualifying leads through research and email exchange
• Manage outreach to warm prospects that have yet to book calls/meetings with sales reps
• Track outreach activities, goals, and targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha for prospecting
• 2+ years of experience with SDR outreach activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with SDR outreach activities (verbal and written comms)
• Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha (or similar tool) for prospecting and list-building
• Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals (start-ups or tech companies)
• Experience following playbooks/SOPs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work 8 AM - 5 PM CST
