Sales Desk Manager - Remote

Overview

As we continue to grow and scale, the Sales Desk Manager will be a key player at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations. This high visibility role will help us optimize and streamline our deal processes, enabling efficient and profitable deal execution, accelerating deal velocity, and maintaining consistency with our overall business objectives.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle.
• Provide strategic insights on complex deal structures.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a deal desk or sales operations role.
• Experience in Cybersecurity, Professional Services, and/or SaaS preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ software.
