Associate Remote Sales Representative

Overview

The Associate Remote Sales Representative will support Medtronic’s Surgical Innovations and Acute Care and Monitoring Portfolio products by assisting the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and supporting sales efforts in a remote capacity.

• Support the sales team in promoting Medtronic's Surgical Innovations portfolio.
• Assist in maintaining relationships within assigned geographic areas or specific accounts.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals through territory plans and business development.
• Learn and present product features and benefits to stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals and gather pricing information.
• Provide training and education support for clinical and non-clinical contacts.
• Utilize technology platforms for territory trend analysis.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline using the SFDC platform.
• Participate in training to understand the healthcare landscape.
• Provide feedback on market opportunities and product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0 - 2 years of documented sales success or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare sales preferred.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and relationship building.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Experience with technology applications (i.e., iPad, SalesForce.com).
• Experience selling complex products over phone and virtual platforms.
