Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Enterprise Incident Response to manage a team responsible for privacy and security incident management.

In Short

• Lead and manage the enterprise incident response team.
• Develop incident response protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders for incident handling.
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Provide executive-level reporting on incident trends and risks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy incident management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the incident response program.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging threats.
• Support audits and assessments related to privacy incident response.
• Develop and deliver training on incident response procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex privacy incidents.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations.
• Experience in developing controls and metrics for incident management.
• Ability to lead and mentor incident response teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CIPP/US, CIPM, CHPC or similar certifications are desirable.
