Director of Compliance & Privacy - Remote

Overview

The Director - Compliance and Privacy will manage and direct the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Program, under the leadership of the Chief Compliance Officer. The Director – Compliance and Privacy collaborates extensively with management, including Senior and Executive Leadership Staff, to achieve the objectives of an effective compliance program.

• Maintain knowledge of HIPAA and other privacy laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in healthcare compliance or related areas.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Experience advising executive leadership on compliance matters.
• Minimum of 3 years managing a team.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work autonomously.
