Bilingual Nutrition Educator - Remote

Overview

The Nutrition Educator will provide telephonic nutrition education to members/patients with chronic conditions, helping them select, prepare, and eat foods appropriate for their conditions.

In Short

• Provide telephonic nutrition education sessions to members/patients.

• Schedule follow-up calls with each member/patient.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science or Dietetics.
• Certification as a Registered Dietitian.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in nutrition education or counseling.
• Fluency in Spanish with proficiency in medical and nutrition terminology.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong decision-making skills regarding nutrition education.
