Overview

The Manager of Healthcare Partnerships will drive Medicare Advantage channel growth through continued development of relationships at Medicare Advantage (MA) Managed Care Plans, focusing on post-discharge and chronic care meals benefits.

• Drive channel growth through relationships with MA Managed Care Plans.
• Expand knowledge and utilization of chronic care meals benefits.
• Collaborate with various teams to meet referral and meal volume targets.
• Schedule meetings with MA health plan accounts to drive utilization.
• Monitor and report on utilization to all accounts.
• Coordinate presentations and in-service training for staff.
• Work with marketing for program alignment.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain high-quality service.
• Represent Mom’s Meals at conferences and engage with attendees.
• Seek opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Clinical credentialing in relevant fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
