Overview

The Manager of Healthcare Partnerships will focus on maintaining Managed Medicaid channel growth by developing relationships with various agencies and promoting the utilization of LTSS waiver benefits.

  • Maintain Managed Medicaid channel growth.
  • Develop relationships with Managed Medicaid, AAA, CBO, PACE, and state case management agencies.
  • Encourage utilization of LTSS waiver benefits through field-based case managers.
  • Present products and services to managed care organizations and healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize company programs to maximize account engagements.
  • Travel regionally and nationally for client engagements.
  • Document sales activities and maintain CRM database.
  • Align with Internal Client Support Managers on account management metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of healthcare sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare benefit programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce, or similar sales software.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
  • Good driving record and insurability.
