Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with the Human Resources Leaders to drive recruitment strategies, manage the identification and selection of talent from internal and external candidate pools and help manage the overall recruiting cycle for corporate positions and other centralized recruiting efforts.

• Manage outsourced recruiting vendors.
• Establish relationships with community organizations for talent pipeline generation.
• Provide training to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Represent Mom’s Meals at community diversity events.
• Ability to travel quarterly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing.
• 2+ years experience in sourcing/recruitment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Knowledge in staffing and recruitment initiatives.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to multi-task on various projects.
