As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tangelo, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, focusing on high-priority and frontline roles, while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple timelines.
• Adaptable and action-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS.
