Overview

The General Clerk Representative supports the Clinical team with administrative duties and makes outbound calls to patients and MDO for designated programs.

• Support Clinical team with administrative tasks.
• Make outbound calls to patients for Clinical Assessments.
• Transfer patients to the Clinical Nurse.
• Conduct data collection calls to MDO.
• Fax and scan documents into patient profiles.
• Adhere to quality and production standards.
• Comply with company, state, and federal safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a team.
• Possibility of additional duties as assigned.
• Work from home with required internet speed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Specialty Pharmacy/Call Center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in collaboration with a team.
