Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • 2 or more years of experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience establishing procedures for client satisfaction
  • PC/internet skills
  • Mainframe or Access experience
  • Excel proficiency
