Overview

JMAC Lending is seeking a dedicated Client Support Representative to enhance customer experience by guiding and training clients on the broker portal and loan processes, serving as a liaison between customers and operations.

In Short

• Serve as a vital link between brokers and the operations team.
• Support brokers with technical inquiries regarding imports, registrations, disclosures, and loan submissions.
• Provide assistance through online platforms including live chat, phone, or email.
• Lead engaging webinar training sessions for new brokers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to guide them through the broker portal.
• Manage broker information in Salesforce and LQB (LOS System).
• Enhance department efficiency by establishing new client logins.
• Identify opportunities and challenges, taking proactive measures.
• Be prepared for potential overtime as needed.
• Execute other assigned duties as required.
