Overview

The Customer Support Representative will join the Data Management Team, supporting data contribution to Experian’s consumer credit database and partnering with the Sales team. This role involves client-facing responsibilities, onboarding new data furnishers, and ensuring data quality retention requirements.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of documents for onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet data quality expectations.
  • Act as primary contact for clients, fielding support calls and emails.
  • Lead meetings with clients to facilitate onboarding discussions.
  • Participate in scrum meetings to address escalations and blockers.
  • Escalate issues to senior team members while managing client resolution.
  • Support outreach for data furnishers triggering monitoring activities.

Requirements

  • Successful track record in a client-facing role.
  • Collaborative customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.
  • Self-starter with initiative and willingness to ask questions.
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong English communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Preferred knowledge of SQL and database structures.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
