Overview

The Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for leading large, complex programs composed of multiple interrelated projects across business units, ensuring strategic alignment, governance, and successful delivery of business outcomes.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish governance frameworks, approval processes, and reporting structures.
  • Coordinate inter-project dependencies and ensure communication across teams.
  • Oversee program-level project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate critical risks or scope changes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors, steering committees, and delivery teams.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare executive-level presentations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with program and project management methodologies (PMI, Agile).
  • Manage complex, multi-project environments.
  • Expertise in resource planning and risk management.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
