Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying potential clients, and arranging successful demo meetings for the Business Development Consultants (BDC).

In Short

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and assess their needs.
  • Generate leads from various channels.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Schedule a minimum of 100 demo meetings per month.
  • Engage in calls with potential clients.
  • Update and maintain lead information in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Educate prospects on accounting software benefits.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Collaborate with BDC team members for smooth lead handover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS company.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on sales growth.
  • Experience in Fin-Tech/Accounting preferred.
