Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying potential clients, and arranging successful demo meetings for the Business Development Consultants (BDC). This role requires a balance of lead qualification, consultative communication, and technical expertise to ensure high conversion rates.

In Short

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads, assessing their needs.
  • Generate leads from various channels.
  • Schedule a minimum of 100 demo meetings per month.
  • Engage in calls to ensure effective conversations with potential clients.
  • Identify key decision-makers and confirm their interest.
  • Update and maintain lead information in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with BDC team members for smooth lead handover.
  • Educate prospects on accounting software benefits.
  • Track call success rates and lead conversion effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality to the Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS company.
  • Only Jordanian, Palestinian, Syrian, and Lebanese nationals are eligible to apply.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on driving sales growth.
  • Experience in a Fin-Tech/Accounting company is preferred.
