The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for connecting startups and businesses with skilled remote software developers through an AI-driven platform that simplifies the hiring process.

In Short

  • Conduct 50+ outbound cold calls daily to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence.
  • Manage a pipeline of 150+ opportunities weekly.
  • Book 3-5 qualified appointments per week.
  • Maintain data hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to improve sales techniques.
  • Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Experience with B2B sales and sales tools.
  • Strong communication skills with C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 1+ year of experience using HubSpot.
  • 1+ year of experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to make 50+ cold calls daily.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule.
