Overview

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for conducting outbound calls to engage decision-makers, qualify leads, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Conduct 85+ outbound calls daily.
  • Manage a pipeline of 150+ new opportunities weekly.
  • Execute a structured touch plan for consistent follow-up.
  • Achieve discovery call targets.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques with coaching.
  • 1+ year of sales or business development experience required.
  • Experience with modern CRM tools.
  • Strong English communication skills needed.
  • Availability to work 9A - 5P EST.
  • Experience in recruiting or executive search is a plus.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or business development experience in a high-call-volume environment.
  • Proficient in using modern CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with cold calling and objection handling.
  • Ability to manage a high number of open opportunities.
  • Strong soft skills including communication and adaptability.
