We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive new business and build strong relationships with international clients by offering tailored nearshoring solutions. This role is key to expanding Team Sava’s client base and ensuring long-term partnership success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or client success (preferably in outsourcing/nearshoring or HR services)
• Strong understanding of different industries (IT, finance, customer support, creative, etc.)
• Experience working with international clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work independently
