Overview

Maxaccelerate Technology Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to strategically position and sell Salesforce POD solutions to consultancies, partners, and enterprise clients.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for selling Salesforce PODs.
  • Identify and target Salesforce consultancies and end-users.
  • Drive outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Salesforce teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical contract recruitment or staffing.
  • Proven track record in selling technology contract teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ability to develop a structured sales process.
  • Skilled in B2B sales and account management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling sales solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven and capable of owning a business unit.
