As an Inside Sales Representative at Mattermost, you will engage with prospective customers to promote our collaborative workflow solutions for critical infrastructure organizations, contributing to the growth of our customer base.

  • Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities in CRM.
  • Create and close sales opportunities in the AMER Mid-Market Enterprise segment.
  • Operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in high-tech B2B software/SaaS industries.
  • 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity and selling to Mid-Market customers.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Sales Development or Inside Sales roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for government security clearance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Strong prospecting and research skills with CRM familiarity.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Experience in startup environments.
