In Short

• Responsible for data governance over key prospect, partner, and customer data.
• Maintain solutions architecture that supports marketing and sales functions.
• Build and maintain system templates, workflows, and reporting.
• Overall governance and administration of Salesforce and Pardot systems.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns and data segmentations.
• Ensure data hygiene and integrity in databases.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign deliverables.
• Design reporting processes to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Serve as 1st-line support for internal users troubleshooting issues.
• Work cross-functionally to reduce technical debt in GTM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience using Salesforce with admin-level experience.
• 1+ years experience using Pardot.
• Apex coding experience in SFDC is a plus.
• Ability to customize SFDC and Pardot to business needs.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter who can manage projects effectively.
