In Short

• Design, build, and maintain software solutions using TypeScript, React, React Native, and Go.
• Develop user-facing features, back-end architectures, APIs, and integrations.
• Contribute to Mattermost’s open-source platform through GitHub.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Mentor peers through code reviews and technical discussions.
• Implement and maintain unit/integration/e2e tests.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks.
• Leverage customer feedback to iterate and deliver solutions.
• Lead the development of customer-focused solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced, flexible full-stack team.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field/experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, React, React Native, Go, and/or PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in full-stack development.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and/or GitHub Copilot.
• Solid understanding of modern development workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently across multiple time zones.
