We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Go and SQL, who thrives on owning projects end-to-end and enjoys collaborating to develop creative solutions for complex customer challenges.

In Short

• Build and ship bespoke features and integrations for top customers.
• Collaborate effectively with U.S. Department of Defense stakeholders.
• Drive complex deployments to a healthy state.
• Provide deployment and upgrade guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes.
• Assist Customer Success and Support teams with troubleshooting.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams.
• Must meet requirements to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure and networking concepts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Go, SQL, and Typescript/React.
• Experience in designing and developing software.
• Familiarity with database performance analysis.
• Understanding of high availability installations.
• Ability to design and troubleshoot complex deployments.
