Inside Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound leads and communicate with U.S.-based clients, ensuring a high-quality client experience while working remotely.

In Short

• Manage and respond to inbound leads via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct pre-qualification of prospects before handing over to the sales team
• Maintain and update lead data in HubSpot CRM
• Communicate with U.S.-based clients and prospects in a professional, timely manner
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
• Follow internal sales processes and meet daily activity goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role
• Prior experience working with U.S. clients
• Strong familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Available to work 40 hours/week on Pacific Time (PST) schedule
• Experience in sales or marketing preferred

• $1,300–$1,500/month base salary
• Performance-based bonus (OTE: $1,700–$1,800/month)
