Overview

The Total Rewards Associate is responsible for coordinating and administering benefits programs with a primary focus on the retirement plans, leaves, disability, and life insurance.

In Short

• Administer day-to-day operations of the company’s benefits plans.
• Partner with external plan administrators for benefit transactions.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve data transmission issues.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll for accurate benefit processing.
• Audit data and transactions for compliance.
• Conduct reviews for state and federal compliance.
• Support implementation of new benefit programs.

• Educate HR team and associates on benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• High level of confidentiality regarding personal health information.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience handling complex inquiries.
• Strong technical skills with HR information systems.
• Analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
