Overview

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for growing and maintaining business in the Dealer and Home Centre sectors in Eastern Ontario, focusing on developing relationships and achieving sales targets.

In Short

  • Responsible for outside sales in Eastern Ontario.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Dealers and Home Centre partners.
  • Meet and exceed territory budget requirements.
  • Monitor and track performance of products and relationships.
  • Provide training on product and pricing information.
  • Engage in cold calling to generate leads.
  • Stay current on industry trends.
  • Gather market information on competition.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reports.
  • Additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of solid sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of construction industry practices.
  • Experience with 20/20 Design Software is an asset.
  • Self-starter with strong prospecting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple accounts.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent technical skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Cabinetry experience preferred.
